We had promised to take Hayden fishing when Jon got home from out of town. We took him last weekend to a little pond off of Eagle road. We weren't exactly prepared and had to run to Walmart to grab a couple things. He was super excited to get the worms and pick out his bobbers. He was in return very sad when we didn't catch any fish :o(
While waiting for daddy to get his pole ready he found a dandy lion. He blew and blew on it and said he was making a wish
Me & My Buddy
Hayden has been testing us alot recently and being a normal three year old but we wanted to nip the negative behaviors in the butt before baby #2 comes. We decided with a little good behavior / bribing chart :o) When he gets three stickers in a row then he gets a piece of candy. When the whole chart gets filled up he gets a toy. As you can see he got his whole chart filled up while daddy was away. I took him to Toys R US to get a new toy. He could not decide. We looked for an hour I swear. I finally said you have ten minutes to pick a toy. He got some new tracks for his GEO TRAKS. It added alot to his set and we had fun playing with it after we picked daddy up from the air port. We are onto a new chart and Hayden's behavior is improving.
On Sunday we took him on a long walk with his John Deer. He got the easy way out since it was way HOT! Jon and I where speed walking trying to keep up with him and that was giving braxton hick contractions. But he was all smiles cruising around and waving at everyone and happy to be faster than us.
